Any information gathered by our website or in-person at our centers is subjected to the strictest confidence. Our website gathers basic information that is supplied by the visitors, prospect clients and this includes our client names and contact details. Payments are also processed through a secure payment system. Our site could also collect tracking information gathered from the activities of the visitors as they navigate through the website. The information gathered by us through the website and in-person allows us the ability to provide the best services and security to our visitors. It helps us respond to each client and prospective person or persons on time as we are connected to the correct people who are in need of help in a secure place that they can trust under the father, son and Holy Spirit. We assist each client with their own specific problems or concerns. The information also helps us respond to your queries, comments, and questions and assist you in getting the help you need. Our website will never ask you for any information related to your bank account or other financial details outside of payment credit card information needed to process payments unless it at each client request. Clients are also able to request to pay with auto pay through our appointed payment system. Any personal information, such as your health records and employment details will not be required. We provide the best quality care for our visitors and clients.

Generally, all information collected through our website and in-person is stored in a secure and confidential database. Only people working with the individual can access the information. Any public access to our servers or database that stored the personal information of our visitors is restricted. The information is protected through encryption and firewalls. Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center does not allow children access to services unless supervised or approved by their parents. We only share information with parents, or other interested parties if there is a risk of harm of self or others. We don’t encourage the involvement of cycler authorities nor request any additional information outside of what’s needed to promote a listing transformation for each youth. In Family Therapy parents are able to redeem the necessary strategies that provide the best results for their child or children in care. Minor 18 and older are allowed to request that their account and permission must be given prior to Family Therapy. Faithful Love Children under 18 are also allowed to express permission of their parents or guardians to receive certain information such as the names of friends, addresses, and contact details, etc. If you are under 18, we advise against sharing any personally identifying information on the website or to our staff members, the legal authorities etc without parental consent and or court order. Even in this even the information is not written only verbal consent can be given for a verbal review Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center is a Missionary Ministry and we operate under God’s power and with his consent first and this means that by His Law all of our clients information is sealed. Cancellations
Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center requires a 24-48 hour notice prior to canceling an appointment however, we do not charge our clients additional fees at this time or ever. Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center understands that some events in life can’t be explained this is why we grant each client that receives care with us unlimited excused cancellation fee waivers, per calendar year for illness and or emergencies.
Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center is here to remind our Faithful Love clients that email communication are completely secure or confidential. Any electronic transmissions of information received from are retained in the logs of their internet service provider. It’s very unlikely that unauthorized parties will ever be able to looking any logs, not only in theory. Our email communication is completely secure according to the State guidelines. Each client receives a internal company email when they become a client with Faithful Love Missionary and so is well with each provider who render services under our LLC. Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center understanding available to be read by the system administrator of the internet service provider. I as the client consent to psychological psycho-education treatment recovery Christ Centered Christian Counseling or behavioral Recovery services for myself (and/or for my child). I The Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center Client understands that records and information collected about me or my child will be held and are not released to anyone outside of the parent/ guardian in accordance with state laws regarding confidentiality of such records and information. I The Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center client understands that during their Christian counseling sessions, concerns may be discussed that could be upsetting in nature but this is a part of the treatment recovery process. I The Faithful Love clients understand that state and local laws require that my psycho therapist Christian counselor report all cases in which there exists a danger to others or myself, however I understand Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center is not responsible for any damage to property or the clients in the event of a fall , accident or COVID transmitted to I or My Child Or Children during the session or on the property or properties of Faithful Love Missionary Baptist Church or Christian Counseling Center. I understand that nor is the provider responsible for any claim of abuse to a child and all children must be able to monitor their minor during each session. I, the Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center client, understand that state and local laws require that my psycho therapist report all cases of abuse or neglect of minors or vulnerable adult women. I the Faithful Client understand that there may be other circumstances in which the law requires my psycho therapist to disclose confidential information. I The Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center client must indicate that at the time I have completed the initial paperwork, I will pay for the initial sessions the coverage to my psych therapy Christian counselor for my session. I understand that Faithful Love Missionaries only accept cash or credit card payments and not insurance of any party.

I agree to pay my counseling fees as arranged at the time of my first session in a timely manner. Should a third party pay for my sessions, I agree to allow The Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center to release billing information to the third party. My signature below means I have read this form and the Office Procedures and Disclosures Information document below and understand and agree with the contents; I have been given the opportunity to ask questions and have received answers to my questions that I understand. My signature also means I am making a voluntary, informed choice to enter a counseling/therapy relationship with Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center professionals on behalf of myself or someone under my guardianship.
Changes to The Terms of Privacy Statement
Faithful Love Missionary Baptist Church reserves the right to change the terms of our privacy notice at any time however for current clients a notice will be sent. The changes can and will be applied to all the information we have in our database as well. SERVICES RESPONSE TO CARE
At Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center, we specialize in mental health, behavioral health recovery provided by Masterpiece, an expert providing faith-based therapy to aid personal growth and empowered healing among children, adolescents, teens, young adult women and adult women. Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center creates specialized individual customized programs for sexual abused or physically abused victims. Our in person Suicide watch services is the only service currently offered to clients and their families at Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center to support patients with self harming behavioral until a psychiatric hospital environment in their homes when a psychiatric hospital is not yet found.
AT RISK CLIENTS
I the Faithful Love Missionary Client/Parent understand that Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center Christian Counseling services or behavioral intervention are recommended for clients that are active in self-harm or at risk, I the Faithful Love Missionary Client/Parent understand that the needs of my child with suicidal behavior are not best served here at Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center of Faithful Love Missionary Baptist Church. I the Faithful Love Missionary Client/Parent understands that even Crisis response services are available to or for myself or my family member or my child’s needs are best without constant or one on one in person crisis care. I or we as parents and the Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center Client understand that mental illness and trauma often go hand in hand with suicide and although cognitive behavioral therapy is offer for clients suffering from dual diagnosis and co-occurring conditions simultaneously and other mental health and behavioral Health concerns it is not a prevention for suicide. I the Faithful Love Missionary Client/Parent understand that I have read these terms and in the case that any type of suicide is successful or attempted by me the client or child that I will not have the right to any safe guard to promote any type of law suit for the loss of a loved one nor my family for the loss of self harm or suicide. I the Faithful Love Missionary Client/Parent understand that I wave that right and sign to a understanding that non of Faithful Love Missionary Christian Counseling Center Services are promoted for the recovery for suicidal behavioral or suicide even our Interfaith Spiritual Treatment Recovery Programs. So, if you or your child is currently engaging in self-harming behavioral or, at risk of suicide. Please contact us for constant or one on one crisis response care or call a residential treatment center for a referral to psychiatric hospital or a community psychiatric clinic.
